The bridge most organisations cannot fill from either side of the fence.
Most AI engineers cannot speak credibly to enterprise clients. Most CS leaders cannot build with LangChain. I do both.
For eight years I ran the conversation between distressed enterprise clients and the engineering teams trying to fix their problems — at HP Inc. as L2 Team Captain for SEA/AU enterprise accounts, then at Replicon (Deltek) handling Fortune 500 payroll-critical escalations.
What I learned is that the value isn't in the AI model. It's in identifying which operational problem the model can credibly solve, designing the implementation that fits inside an existing workflow, and translating the outcome into business language for whoever's writing the cheque.
In 2025–26 I went deep on AI: completed the IBM Data Science Professional Certificate, the SOC 2 Master Implementer cert at Scytale Academy, and shipped three live platforms — including QualityOS, a revenue-ready B2B SaaS with payment processing.
The market reality I'm shipped against: 90% of organisations now use AI; only 9% have reached AI maturity. That gap — between having the tools and operationalising them inside CX workflows — is exactly where I work.
